We have residential lots available in St. Andrews Subdivision and Worthington Place Subdivision in Union MO. We also have residential lots available in Lake St. Clair, St. Clair MO. We will build to suit.

We offer a wide range of services – We offer a turn key service, where we will custom build your home from start to finish.  We have house plans available, or we will be happy to build from a plan you already have.  We have residential lots available or you may have your own property to build on, either way, we will build to fit your needs.

If all you need is to have your house framed – we have qualified union carpenters to get you under roof.  We also have experienced trim carpenters for any interior trim needs you may have.
